Kevin's book, based on the classic TV series The Outer Limits, was released in May
2000. The volume includes an original introduction by Harlan Ellison and Ellison's never-before-published original script for the landmark
episode, "Soldier." Kevin has written an original companion story to "Soldier" entitled "Prisoner of War" -- the first time Ellison has ever allowed another writer to work in his universe. Kevin also novelized two of his favorite episodes, "The Man Who was Never Born" and "The Human Factor" and wrote an original sequel story to "The Human Factor," called "Memories on Ice."
